Reuben joined the firm in April 2016. In addition to being a Principal and an Investment Advisor Representation, he serves as in-house counsel to Holm & Cawley Financial Group.
Reuben graduated with a Bachelors degree in 2000 from the University of Utah in both Political Science and Finance, cum laude. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2004.
Upon graduation of law school, Reuben began a career as a civil litigator. From 2005 to 2016, he successfully litigated numerous cases crossing many areas of law and various jurisdictions. Cases ranged from basic two-party cases to complex civil and business litigation with multiple parties and claims, and damages in the tens of millions of dollars.
Reuben’s background in finance and investing, coupled with his extensive legal experience, makes him a key addition to the firm. His skills and abilities serve to bolster the services provided to our many clients.
